Each semester, we host a dynamic lineup of events designed to empower and connect our members. From hands-on resume workshops and mentorship programs to engaging judge panels and more, there's always something valuable to experience. Mentorship Program

Joining LSL comes with valuable benefits. Each year, we pair mentees with experienced mentors in the legal field and host engaging events designed to foster meaningful connections and professional growth.

What is the Mentorship program

Our goal is to create an additional resource to support our members as they navigate the legal field. We host monthly mentorship events where mentors and mentees can connect as a group, and we also encourage one-on-one meetings—whether virtual or in person—to offer more personalized guidance and foster stronger relationships.

What do I gain from this program?

By joining this program, you gain access to a supportive network of peers and professionals who are all invested in your growth. You'll be paired with a mentor in the legal field who can offer personalized advice, insights into the profession, and guidance on everything from law school applications to career paths. You'll also have opportunities to attend monthly events that foster connection, professional development, and community—all designed to help you feel more confident and prepared as you navigate your journey in law.

How it Works

In the fall semester, there is an application for the mentorship program for both mentors and mentees. After filling out the form in the next few weeks, everyone gets paired with a mentor with similar interests.
